1. WHAT’S IN THE BOX?

  • The Sex Box’s contents range from sex toys, accessories, lubes and lingerie.

2. WHAT IF I RECEIVE A BROKEN OR MISSING PRODUCT?

  • If the item is damaged or missing, please write to us at info@sexboxsubscription.com. We will help you out!

3. WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE THE CONTENT OF THE BOX I RECEIVED?

  • We hope you do! But if you don't, please tell us. Feedback is essential to us and we promise to respond ASAP. In the meantime, pass the products on to some lucky friends!

4. WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

  • You will be billed at checkout when you sign up. Afterward, your recurring charges will fall on the 1st of the month. Note: Boxes are shipped every 4th of the month.

5. DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION RENEW?

  • No. All the Subscription plans are not Auto Renew. Once the last box of your policy is sent, your Subscription ends.

6. IS SHIPPING DISCREET?

  • Absolutely! Your package will arrive in a brown box with “Let The Fun Begins” on the label. Anyone who sees it sure will have no idea what the box contains.

7. HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

  • When your box is shipped, the email address associated with your account will receive its tracking information.

8. IT’S BEEN OVER A WEEK, WHERE’S MY PACKAGE?

  • These delays are usually with the carrier service but fret not, we will send you a notification if the issue is on our end. Here in Sex Box Subscription, we’ll do our best that this never happens.

9. WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT A BI-MONTHLY OR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

  • We have our Premium boxes if ever you just wanted to try your own Sex Box for a month. If you enjoy the contents of the Premium box, you might just subscribe to our bi-monthly/monthly subscriptions!
